Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1 - 5 business days once you’ve placed an order for your candles to be made & dispatched as all candles are handmade. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Processing time may be longer in peak periods or during special occasions eg. Christmas.

FREE for orders $150 & over (gift boxes excluded)
Local Kalgoorlie delivery
We offer free local delivery for all orders over $50. All orders below $50 will be charged at $5.
Damaged or faulty items
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, if your item is faulty and all candle care instructions have been followed, we will offer a refund or replacement.If your item is damaged we will require immediate photo evidence, failure to notify us with photographic evidence on the day of delivery, will result in any replacement/s being at our discretion.
